1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing, or participating in the Italian Gentleman Method program (“Program”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

2. The Program (what you are purchasing)

Italian Gentleman Method is an online course/mentorship delivered via a private Telegram channel and group chat (the “Telegram Community”). Program content may include lessons, exercises, guided messages, and community access.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate.

4. Payment, pricing, and checkout

Prices are shown at checkout. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide. Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable law.

5. Access & delivery (Telegram)

After successful payment, you will receive instructions and/or access to the private Telegram channel/group. You are responsible for having a compatible device, internet access, and an active Telegram account.

We are not responsible for Telegram outages, restrictions, account bans, or changes to Telegram functionality.

6. Community rules (Telegram channel + group chat)

To keep the Community respectful and safe, you agree that you will not:

• harass, threaten, bully, or discriminate,

• post illegal, explicit, or harmful content,

• share participants’ private information,

• spam, advertise, or solicit without permission,

• record, copy, screenshot for distribution, or redistribute Program materials or Community content.

We may remove you from the Program/Community for violations, with or without notice.

7. Intellectual property & license

All Program content (text, audio, video, exercises, PDFs, materials, branding) is owned by PIX VISION USA LLC or its licensors and is protected by law.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access the Program for your own use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or share access.

8. No professional advice; no guarantees

The Program is educational and personal-development content only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Results are not guaranteed and depend on many factors.

9. Refunds & cancellations

Refund policy: Unless otherwise stated on the checkout page or in writing, all sales are final due to the digital nature of the Program and immediate access to materials/community.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact theitaliangentleman1@gmail.com and we will review your case.

10. Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, contact us first. Unresolved chargebacks may result in loss of access to the Program and Community.

11. Disclaimers

The website and Program are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIX VISION USA LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits/data arising from your use of the website or Program.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Program will not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms survive termination.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes will be the state or federal courts located in California, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
